Your tasks
Your Tasks
As a project leader, you will:
  • Collaborate with the offshore wind portfolio development team to identify project opportunities, secure project rights, set-up and streamline projects, drive and maintain offshore projects, safeguard the performance in project development, ensuring adherence to management principles and governance, and shape EnBW’s offshore wind strategy
  • Ensure effective day-to-day operations, drive internal initiatives, represent projects, set-up and manage lines of communication to facilitate collaboration with respective teams internally and with external stakeholders
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines and targets, directing functional teams to develop offshore projects effectively
  • Deliver clear and concise presentations representing offshore projects to enhance effective organizational communication and facilitate informed decision-making and efficient project development

Your profile
Your Profile
  • Master’s degree
  • Profound knowledge of offshore wind business and energy markets
  • Expert in project development, planning, organization, and resource management
  • Strategic problem-solving and adept networking for partnerships
  • Liaison with stakeholders, effective team collaboration, track-record of efficient communication, influential capabilities
  • Fluent in English (min. C-1 level, written and spoken) and preferably German

About Your Department
Our success relies on three pillars: developing and cultivating global offshore wind investment potential, creating value across development phases, and building a strong portfolio. As a project lead, your role encompasses generating opportunities and leading developments in multiple markets. This responsibility entails a substantial level of autonomy and the chance to steer development in accordance with industry best practices. You will coordinate and engage with key internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the achievement of EnBW’s growth targets. 
Remote means for us that you have the possibility to work from home from anywhere within Germany. As a rule, we meet once a month in the office in Hamburg. We will be happy to discuss further details during the application process.
