EnBW UK Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of EnBW and part of EnBW's Trading division, which is EnBW's central point of access to the energy markets. We are active in key European markets and international energy exchanges. The Trading division is responsible for the optimal management of the EnBW portfolio and energy trading. We support the energy transition through active marketing and management of renewable energies, PPAs, direct marketing and low carbon molecules supply and sales. This is an exciting time to be part of our international team, whose mission is to develop smart energy products and promote renewable energy. EnBW's trading business operates in four European countries; Germany, UK, Norway, Switzerland and most of our roles are available as hybrid-remote roles. This role is based in London.

Your tasks
A wide range of task * Supporting onsite in all organizational topics, collaborating with the international management in the UK and the German Headquarter  * Central interface to the (building) service providers and their steering * You take over and optimize operational tasks (e. g. purchase orders or office supplies) * General adhoc administration tasks and the onboarding process for new hires
Your profile
Convincing profile * Bachelor in Business Management or similar education * Proven experience in an international context, preferably in a complex, volatile environment. * Strong Knowledge of MS 365 collaborating Tools (MS SharePoint, MS teams) and excellence in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) * Work in a structured way, follow through on tasks and are agile when circumstances require it, as well as spot risks before they turn into issues and respectfully address them with project stakeholders * Ability to inspire other team members, stakeholders, and to work remotely within teams in different locations * Proactive personality that just love to get things done.

About us EnBW's Trading business unit is EnBW's central market access point to the energy markets. We are active in key European markets and on international energy exchanges. Our Trading unit is responsible for the optimal management of EnBW's portfolio, is active in the trading of renewable energies and thus supports the Energiewende. We are also involved in future topics such as hydrogen or smart & digital in trading, as well as in new supply contracts and the management of renewable energies. EnBW's Business Unit Trading operates with an international team with employees from more than 30 nations, represented at 4 European locations: Germany, England, Norway and Switzerland.
